




FOOD REVIEW'Chai-Kuih' / steamed rice dumplings with chinese chives fillings is one of the famous savoury comes from southern Penang, a small town call Jawi / Sg Bakap. People drive miles just for a taste and enjoy the freshness of the dumplings. There are two restaurants selling this famous dumplings but I decided to try the "Sin(new) Soon Lee Restaurant because I was told by the local they serve better dumplings. I finished nearly 10 dumplings plus some other dim sum, will be back for it again in my next visit to penang. I managed to get the permission from the boss to take some pictures of the making process but he was too shy to have a picture with me.
